Energetic
GCE "O"/"A" level with credit in English, Diploma and above
At least 2 years experience in logistics or freight forwarding industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Good tele-communication and interpersonal relations skills
Customer service oriented
Good Team player as well as ability to work independently

Salary: $1.6 k to $1.8 K plus transport reimbursement (commencing salary will be based on experience)

Job Summary

The Co-ordinator is required to liaise with the customers (mainly expatriates) on their household move (incoming or outgoing) such as obtaining details, documents for shipments. Co-ordinate with overseas agents and internal colleagues from various departments , ie sales, shipping etc.

Data enteries, corresponding via faxes, emails, billing etc.


Working hours: Mon - Fri 0830 hours to 1730 hours, Sat 0830 hours to 1230 hours, 2 sat off, upon confirmation.

Transport pickup Chinese Garden 0805 hours (morning only)
